NurseForge ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. WHO WE ARE ────────────────────────────── NurseForge is a mobile application designed to help internationally trained nurses navigate licensing and migration pathways. The app is operated by NurseForge (contact: [email protected]).

────────────────────────────── 2. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT ────────────────────────────── When you use NurseForge we may collect:

• Account information — your email address and password (used to create and secure your account) • Profile information — your name, profile photo, nursing specialities, languages, years of experience, and home country • Pathway data — your selected destination country, checklist progress, and exam completion records • Community content — messages, stories, and replies you choose to post in the app • Device information — device type and operating system (collected automatically for app functionality)

We do not collect your last name, phone number, passport details, or any financial information.

────────────────────────────── 3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION ────────────────────────────── We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account • Personalise your pathway and checklist experience • Display your profile in the community (subject to your privacy settings) • Improve the app based on how it is used • Respond to support requests

We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

────────────────────────────── 4. WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED ────────────────────────────── Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage), which is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Firebase is compliant with GDPR and other major data protection standards.

Profile photos are stored in Firebase Storage. All other profile and pathway data is stored in Firestore.

────────────────────────────── 5. COMMUNITY CONTENT ────────────────────────────── Content you post in the community (messages, stories, milestones) is visible to other users as follows:

• Channel messages — visible only to nurses on your exact pathway route (private channel) • Stories marked "public" — visible to all nurses in the app • Stories marked "channel only" — visible only to nurses on your route

You can delete your own messages and stories at any time within the app.

────────────────────────────── 6. YOUR PRIVACY CONTROLS ────────────────────────────── Within the app you can:

• Set your profile to private — your name and route remain visible in the community but your specialities and other details are hidden • Delete your messages and stories at any time • Update or correct your profile information at any time

────────────────────────────── 7. DATA RETENTION ────────────────────────────── We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at [email protected] and we will process your request within 30 days.

────────────────────────────── 8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY ────────────────────────────── NurseForge is intended for qualified nurses and nursing students aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
